He has served as Head of School, Head of Academics, and Strategic Advisor, leading performance-focused institutional transformation in diverse global contexts.

Academically grounded in IB (DP SL/HL), Cambridge A-Level (CAIE), and university-level Business education, he bridges classroom insight with boardroom strategy.

He holds executive certifications from Harvard University and Stanford University, official IB Category 1–3 training, and is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

I am an international executive leader, educator and leadership development practitioner with more than 15 years of experience across education, institutional leadership and professional development in Saudi Arabia, the United States, Europe, Asia and Pakistan.

Over the course of my career, I have served in senior leadership roles including Head of School, Head of Academics, Executive Director and Strategic Advisor, leading people, academic operations, institutional development and organisational improvement across diverse environments.

My professional journey sits at the intersection of executive leadership, education, organisational capability and future talent development. My experience spans school leadership, university-level Business education, IB and Cambridge programmes, leadership development, school improvement and professional development.

I hold a Master's in Economics and an MBA, alongside executive education and professional certifications associated with Harvard University and Stanford University. I have completed IB Category 1–3 professional development and am a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council.

I am also the Founder of NextGen Lead, a future talent development platform through which I work with schools and universities on career development, employability, business education and leadership development.

Today, my work brings together the perspective of an executive leader, educator, institutional advisor and leadership development practitioner, helping organisations strengthen capability while preparing the next generation for professional life.
