Mr. Shayan is a highly rated Business and Economics educator, experienced in  IB Business Management (HL/SL), IGCSE, and AS & A-Level Business Studies with a track record of his students achieving top scores. At the college and university level, he is a specialist educator for MBA and BBA programs, focusing on Marketing, Management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Economics.

Mr. Shayan is the member of the Harvard Advisory Council, founder of IDEAL EDUCATORS and a founding member of E & J Group. With extensive experience in academic leadership, he has held key positions in top schools in KSA, such as Head of School, Head of Academics, Head of Quality Assurance, IB Examiner, and Head of Business and Economics at leading IB and Cambridge schools in Saudi Arabia.
